A sneak peak

Ok, here is a peak at the yacht we will be looking at on Sunday. Beneteau Oceanis 411 built in 1999 in America. Beneteau is a well known French company that is the largest mass producer of fiberglass yachts manufactured in the world. This model the 411 won Cruising Magazine's 'Best value yacht of the Year' in 1998.

The tempting thing about this particular boat is not only the space and the 3 cabins, but it has extra cruising gear already installed that we would need to cruise home. Plus a few nice extra's that we couldn't afford to put on the list.

It has a watermaker, 2 solar panels, a wind power generator, a 10' hard bottom inflatable dinghy, an outboard motor, a 6 person liferaft. GPS/chartplotter. Autohelm auto steering.

It would still need a bit of work on the rigging and some new sails, etc. So as typical of all yachts....there is a bit of $$ to be spent on her.

Oh, name of this one is: Sundance
