Another day and we are disappointed about the deal not going ahead with Sundance. However it is a beautiful area and today we enjoyed just driving down to Sausalito, with our money safely back in a new US Bank account. Waiting for the right boat...Sausalito.....ah what can I say. FABULOUS!! This is a beautiful little town just north of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Fran. A little nook on the side of a hill and down to the bay. Street lined with wonderful little shops and restaurants and the best marina we have ever seen. Lots of yachts and even a couple for sale. So we had a look at another yacht today.
Lunch was slices of pizza on the waterfront looking south to Alcatraz and San Fran. Weather is still fantastic! Warm days and cool nights, though a little hazy today. In a great Motel that faces the waterway and bird sanctuary...Geoff's just been for a run along the bike track. Tomorrow, who knows....were enjoying ourselves and still have time up our sleeve to find OUR boat.
